Andrea joined the IBD in April 1997. Since joining she has held various of roles including Training Administrator, Exams and Training Manager. Since her return from maternity in 2011 Andrea is now responsible for a variety of different projects currently being undertaken, including looking after the Diploma in Packaging Exam and Examiners.

Initially part of the team who co-ordinated the investigation and installation of the current IBD database, Andrea is our resident Integra Database 'expert'.

Andrea also works alongside Martyn Moore in the accounts department - with responsibility for looking after the sales ledger side of things.
