Andrea joined the IBD in April 1997 and after a variety of roles, now manages the Training Department and jointly with Jessica the Examinations Department.

Andrea and Jess run the Examinations department, co-ordinating exam centres, processing candidate applications and results and liaising with the Board of Examiners. Additionally, Andrea is responsible for preparing, co-ordinating and organising the IBD training courses. Encompassing everything from the one-day seminars to multiple week courses and our distance learning programmes.

Andrea works closely with the IBD accredited trainers and would be pleased to assist anyone who wishes to hire an accredited trainer.
