Jessica (Jess) is responsible for all matters relating to membership of, and registration with, the IBD. Jess maintains the database with an accurate up-to-date record of membership, gathering annual subscriptions, processing applications, bidding for approval of membership, and for the recording of changes of status.

Jess handles all non-member subscriptions to The Brewer & Distiller International and the Journal of The Institute of Brewing (JIB).

Together Jess and Andrea run the Examinations department, co-ordinating exam centres, processing candidate applications and results and liaising with the Board of Examiners.
