Natalie Michel, Training & Beer Academy Administrator
Natalie joined the IBD in June 2008 and provides administration support to the Training and Examinations Departments. Her duties include processing the examinations application forms, co-ordinating training courses material, supporting the Website Store, and co-ordinating all publication purchases.
