Well done on putting together such a good course. I really enjoyed it, and feel like I now have a much better appreciation of all things beer-related. The course structure and content were excellent, as were all the course materials - the slideshow and samples as well as the course notes. There was a lot of content, but everything was relevant and presented in a logical and clear manner.
The speaker, was excellent, as befits his many years in the brewing industry.
All in all, a very enjoyable and informative course, so thanks again.
