Emma joined the IBD in 2001 and reports directly to the Executive Director. Emma has overall responsibility for the smooth running and maintenance of the Clarges Street facility.

Emma is involved in the delivery of all major domestic IBD conferences and events, and in addition, provides support to the Executive Director, and as required, the members of Council.

Maintenance of IBD promotional material, personnel records, production of the Members Handbook and providing support/liaison with the IBD UK Sections relating to their event, all fall under Emma's remit.
