Simon is responsible to the President and the Council for the smooth and professional delivery of all IBD activities. In this context the Director is also charged with ensuring that services and products are constantly reviewed to ensure that they meet the needs of the Brewing and Distilling Industries.

Simon acts as the key contact point with partners and stakeholders and as such represents the IBD at a wide range of industry and associated events and meetings.
