Terms of References:

- To maintain syllabi for the IBD examinations which are relevant, contemporary and meet the needs of the Global Brewing and Distilling Industries
- To set, mark and moderate examinations as required
- To seek external accreditation of the examinations with qualifying bodies and benchmark the IBD exams on a global basis
- To provide regular reports to the Executive Director on progress and to the Council as required
- To develop new examinations as required by the Brewing and Distilling Industries
- To stay abreast of developments in modern learning and assessment
