How long have you been working in the industry?
I have been working in the brewing industry for 13 years
Why did you choose to work in the brewing/distilling industry?
I chose to work in brewing industry because I was interested in biochemistry and microbiology subject, especially in brewing and distilling process.
What do you enjoy the most about your job?
I enjoy the job because I am doing what I wished to do. Brewing technology is an endless technology. Those such as establishing of the best practice for having consistent quality, cost effectiveness, productivity improvement and creation of new products, problem solving, materials control and man management are helping me enjoy everything about my job. And environmental control activities are also helping me enjoy my job.
