12 years in distilling, and 20 years in Brewing before that.
Why did you choose to work in the brewing/distilling industry?
Both are fascinating industries, with a great mixture of science, technology, heritage and products that you can be proud of.
What do you enjoy the most about your job?
Interaction with the people who make these great brands, and with the markets and consumers who enjoy these brands.
