Foundation Course held on Saturday 18th September, The White Horse, London

Our One Day Foundation Course will teach you:

- What makes beer different
- How to taste beer and identify some of the ingredients used to make it & how they impact on flavour
- Beer styles (13 beers tasted)
- Beer and food matching (practical)
- Beer presentation
- Beer and lifestyle & the beer market.
- You will learn about how beer is made

The course gives attendees a fantastic opportunity to 'ask the brewer', as all of our trainers are all Experienced and Qualified Master Brewers, who enjoy talking about the product as much as brewing it!

Most of all we hope the course is informative, educational and loads of fun.

Course Price: £120+VAT
(Includes all Beer Samples, Course Folder and Powerpoint Notes, along with a Certificate).
