The Institute of Brewing and Distilling is proud to announce that we can
now provide two fully operational meeting and training facilities to both
internal and external customers at our Headquarters, based on 33 Clarges
Street, Green Park, London. Our office is situated in the heart of
Mayfair and within a short walking distance from Green Park, Piccadilly
Circus, Bond Street and Oxford Circus Underground Stations.
The below meeting rooms can be booked by members
and non-members. Please see below the rooms we have available for you too
hire. Please call the IBD on 020 7499 8144 to book a meeting room.
1886
BOARDROOM
The
room is set out boardroom style, with a capacity of 10 delegates seated
comfortably, but can accommodate a maximum of 12. Available for
use in this meeting room are an overhead projector and flip chart.

RICHARD
HOLLINGHURST ROOM
The
room is equipped with a round table and has a capacity of 6-8
delegates. Available in this meeting room are a flip chart and
overhead projector.
There will be three levels of charging for the use of these two
meeting rooms.

By prior request, a sandwich buffet lunch can be provided at a
cost of £8.50 per head. An LCD projector can also be provided,
subject to availability, charged at £25.00 per day to non-members
and free to members. Please note that all fees are subject to UK
VAT.
PLEASE NOTE: All our meeting rooms are
fitted with free Wi-Fi Internet! |
| Hours of
Operation:
Meeting room facilities are available Monday to Thursday from
0915 to 1630/1700 hours and Friday from 0915 to 1600 hours.
However Arrangements may be made for longer meetings if required. |
