We are reviewing our examination and training administration procedures in order to reduce the amount of time spent obtaining payment. This will help the whole process of setting up exam centres, allocating candidates, issuing exam papers and ultimately releasing results.
The methods of paying for examinations and training are:
By cheque or credit card accompanying the application form, or
By providing a Purchase Order Number with the application form which will enable us to issue an invoice, payable within 30 days.
Please note that from the November 2009 applications onwards, the IBD will be unable to process Examination and Training applications without either one of the above payments or a Purchase Order Number. This means that candidates will not be registered or forwarded any materials until we receive a PO number or payment has been received. We are sure that all candidates and employers will recognise these procedures as being normal commercial practices and will also appreciate that as an educational not for profit charity the IBD is unable to provide credit over and above the 30 days term.
