We are very fortunate in being able to offer a visit to the Mount St Bernard’s Brewery near Coalville, Leics that is run by a Cistercian order of Trappist monks.

Their brewing representative, Fr Joseph, is keen to show their brewing operation to our local section, provided there are present some brewing examination students who would benefit from experiencing a totally different concept of, and approach to, the brewing of beer.
