Role:

The Head Distiller will oversee all aspects of production and will be responsible for the day-to day management of the distillery, gin production and will have a key role in promoting our brand and ethos.

In time, other spirits will also be developed with the head distiller central to all plans for future innovation.

About Us:

The Bullard name is synonymous with the history of Norwich. Beginning at the Anchor Brewery in 1837, the Bullard family supplied a range of beers, wines, spirits and minerals to the East of England.

Since 2015 Bullards has focussed on handcrafted production of gin. Our purpose built distillery is the only distillery in Norwich and the first for over 150 years.

To meet ever increasing demand we have installed a second still at our Bullards “Anchor Distillery” in the historic Crystal House which was built in 1862.

In late 2018 we launched our packaging with the “Tipsy Anchor” taking centre stage. The bespoke shape of the bottle is inspired by the Bullard’s chimney stack that towered over the city for over 100 years and our new design builds on the heritage of an iconic brand.

“The Spirit of Norwich” is our trademark, which shows the pride and passion we have for the history and association with our fine city, something we want to share with everyone.

Demand for Bullards Gin is growing rapidly, and a dynamic brand ambassador working alongside our Sales and Marketing Team, that shares our passion and values is central to our continued success.
