A talk on the production of speciality malts including an outline of what a brewer should look out for on malt data sheet from Jamie Ramshaw. This will be followed by a tour of Timothy Taylor Brewhouse and some samples of the famous beer.
Aimed at Brewing General Cert / Diploma module 1.
