The IBD Southern Section, in partnership with the Drinks Trust, is inviting you to participate in a session to discuss how to access mental health and wellbeing support in the industry.

The Drinks Trust, established in 1886 as the Benevolent, has helped since then professionals in the industry facing serious social, medical issues and financial hardship. The organisation was renamed The Drinks Trust in March 2020, enabling the members of its community to thrive and succeed in the industry through mentoring, a holistic approach introduced to answer the needs of the modern drinks industry.

The pandemic and the lockdowns have put pressure on our mental health and resilience to cope with the current circumstances with 1 in 4 of us experiencing some type of mental health difficulty in the last year.

In this webinar recording, you will discover how colleagues can support each other and what type of support you can receive to deal with stress, insomnia, addiction, anxiety, or other mental issues. Find out about The Drinks Trust’s Mindful Drinking Movement that they run in partnership with Club Soda.
