The quarterly Journal of the Institute of Brewing publishes original research from the malting, brewing, distilling and fermentation industries. The JIB receives an astonishing half a million hits a year on the web, which reflects the wealth of scientific papers relating to our industry.

Universities, research institutes and industrial labs from around the world submit papers, which are reviewed by our International Editorial Board before publication. You can view the Journal online or in print and discover more about brewing, distilling and fermentation techniques, as well as raw materials and by-products.
