Become an IBD Member
The IBD is on an exciting journey towards organisational and digital transformation. The result of this will be much more effective and efficient customer service delivery on a worldwide basis covering membership and subscriptions, event management and qualifications. The new IBD website will provide a much enhanced online experience, with improved functionality (e.g. for event booking) and with a completely consistent look and feel across all areas of the web site.
As a result, our booking, payment and registration systems will be closed from 18th June until the new system goes live at the end of the month. This is to ensure the integrity of the data and content that we migrate over to the new system. During this period, you may contact us via email to make any updates to your member record or to send us an offline exam or training booking form, although we will hold the processing of these over until the new system is live. It may be quicker and simpler for you to wait until the system is live when you will be able to make your booking online to receive immediate confirmation- remember that the early bird booking for November exams remains open until 31st July and the final deadline for exam and revision course booking is 1st September so there will be plenty of time after the new system goes live.
We look forward to introducing you to the new system when it goes live- we will announce this via email and social media as soon as it happens! You can follow the IBD on Twitter @IBDHQ and Facebook https://www.facebook.com/IBDHQ/ In the meantime, if you have any questions or need any additional information please contact the Customer Experience team on firstname.lastname@example.org
