Fundamentals of Brewing & Packaging

This course will be suitable for all those involved in the production of beer in all package types.

The course will therefore meet the needs of those in the craft sector as well as those in the regional and national sectors and will provide a sound grounding in the brewing process from raw materials through to package. The course is also a highly appropriate method of learning for those involved in the beer supply chain as suppliers and those who have non technical roles within the brewing industry (HR, Finance, Sales, and Logistics).

  • Residential course

This course is presented as a series of lectures and industry visits, held in the first quarter of each year, and for 4 days. During the course you will have lectures from specialist IBD accredited trainers, attend technical visits, work in groups and work over previous exam questions. Great opportunity to network with counterparts from all over the UK and the rest of the world.
