Fundamentals of Distilling

The purpose of this qualification is to provide a basic grounding in the technical features of brewing and packaging of beers and distilling of spirits for both production personnel and for people employed in brewery or distillery companies (and related industries), but in non-technical roles.

This course is suitable for all non technical personnel employed within the Distilling Industry who would benefit from background knowledge in distilling production, (sales, marketing, HR, finance) or anyone who has just started a technical career within the distilling industry.
