Join your fellow NSW region Brewers and Distillers for a fun and informative evening of Beer Sensory Training and beer & food matching.

Fiona Harrington - Lion's Technical & Performance Leader - Analytical Services will lead us on a guided sensory session on the common beer faults that can be detected by tasting. Spiked beer samples will be provided with a guided tasting and discussion.

This will be followed by a short beer and food matching session.

Doors open at 5:00 pm for a 5:30 pm start to the sensory sessions and food matching session from 6:30pm.

Tickets: IBD Members - $10
               Non-members - $20
