A fun and social brew day to promote section networking for younger members. The beer will also be judged at the Midland Section Dinner against a beer brewed in competition at Everards Brewery on 21st January.
The group will be making a 4.0% single hopped pale ale for the 2023 Section Dinner. The young members will be able to engage with every aspect of the brew at the Molson Coors Innovation Hub. There will also be a brewery tour provided, including Processing and Packaging. The day will end with a MCBC beer tasting and off-flavour detection session.
Safety shoes and safety glasses required.
