The Asia Pacific Section would like to invite you to their next South Australia regional meeting!
Come along for some practical taste training from highly qualified trainer, Briony Liebich, who will present three different taints in beer for you to detect. This is a great opportunity for brewing staff to hone their tasting skills.
Afterwards you can enjoy pizzas supplied by Rolling Naples and two fantastic beers from The Suburban Brew, followed by a presentation from the brewers themselves, Peter Bradley and Tony Dichiera.
The event will conclude with a tour of the brewery and some time to socialise.

- Briony Liebich, Sensory Analysis Consultant, FlavourLogic
- Briony is a qualified trainer, writes regularly for Beer and Brewer, is a Certified Cicerone ®and runs educational workshops for consumers, hospitality and the drinks industry. She has vast experience judging national beer and cider awards including World Beer Cup. After leading the sensory program at West End Brewery for 10 years, she is now a sensory analysis consultant and tasting coach for her brand Flavour Logic. Briony’s focus is to improve the quality and education of all things boozy.
