The IBD Midland Section Committee invites you to attend the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Forum, taking place after the Midland Section AGM at the same venue. 

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is a key area of interest in the drinks industry. If you are interested to find out more about the developments and best practices in DE&I in the brewery environment, we encourage you to attend.

Presenters:

  • Peter Hammond, Brewing Manager, MCBC Burton Brewery

Peter is the Brewing Manager at MCBC’s Burton Brewery and has been in the industry for +20 years working at InBev, Carlsberg and MCBC. He is a member of Molson Coors Diverstiy Equity and Inclusion Council, and will share an insight into the company’s developments in this area.

  • Goretti Bracken, Brand in Channel Manager, Franciscan Wells

Goretti Bracken is an Brand in Chanel manager with MCBC Franciscan Wells brands, and is also a member of the DE&I council, and lead the companies Employee Resource Group focussed on Gender. Goretti will share some insights into the progress of the ERG and a some of the developments they have been able to influence.

Both Peter and Goretti will be available for a Q&A session as part of the event.

  • 18:00 - 19:00 Presentation and discussion.
  • 19:00 - 20:00 Nibbles, drinks and networking.
