Join the IBD Midland Section in gaining valuable hands-on experience learning how to design and produce a commercial brew. Three experienced master brewers will guide you through the process and share knowledge on how to perfect your brewing skills. 

Schedule:

  • Prior to the brewing day there will be an on-line Teams meeting for delegates to work through the calculations for the brew.
  • On the day arrive for a prompt 08:00 brewing start.
  • There will be a tour of the main brewery as a part of the day
  • Delegates can purchase lunch onsite at Everards beer hall

Parking:

  •  There is a pay and display car park but the fee will be waived by brewery during check-in

 

Tickets: As there are a limited number of tickets, priority will be given to IBD Brewing Diploma 1 and GCB candidates. We also encourage brewers pursuing professional development opportunities in brewhouse management to apply. 
Other exam candidates and early career IBD members are also welcome to apply but will be put on a waiting list.

  • Applicants need to specify if they are an IBD Brewing Diploma 1 or GCB candidate, or if they are applying for professional development reasons.
  • Maximum 10 spaces.

Please wear safety shoes to the event.
