Calling all members and guests based in Tasmania - you're invited to the latest Tasmanian Regional Meeting - Beer Flavour Attribute Training Session at James Boag Brewery.

Increase your knowledge and identify the common flavour defects which can reduce the quality of your beer. By gaining skills through sensory training you can improve your beer quality.

Nathan Calman, Boags Brewery Director, will take you through a guided tasting and discussion session using samples of beer prepared with the addition of various flavour defect compounds.

 

Note this is an educational training session only. Attendees are invited to attend a nearby venue for refreshments at completion of event at their own cost.

Please wear enclosed footwear at the tasting venue.
