If you are a young brewer based in the Midlands you should attend this fun and social brew day, designed to share technical knowledge and promote networking across the IBD Midland Section members.

Join the IBD Midland Section to deepen your expertise on how to brew a great cask beer. Be part of this collective brewing experience to produce the beer that will be enjoyed in the Midland Section Dinner on 24th  June 2022 using Everard Brewery’s brewing pilot kit.

There are just 10 available places that will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis.

The mash-in will start at 9.00 GMT, so please arrive promptly.

Head Brewer of Everards Brewery, Jon Elks will create the backbone of this beer recipe. However, there is an opportunity for participants to help create the final recipe. If you are interested in providing your input, please email Alice Batham with your ideas and recommendations.

As the brewing group will be limited to 10 people, everyone will have a chance to help with the brewing process.

As part of this event, you will have the chance to tour Everard’s new Briggs brewery which will be offered throughout the day. Lunch will be provided in the Beer Hall next door where members can also enjoy a beer and share ideas during and/or afterwards the brewing process.

Members will be kept up to date with the progress of the beer and will be able to taste their efforts at the dinner in February.

Just 10 places are available for the IBD Midland Section young members. Confirmed e-mail pre-registration required via young members contact Alice Batham: alice@bathams.co.uk
