The Annual Alltech Craft Fair has yet again thundered into the City of Dublin, emphasising the fact that it has become one of the highlights of the craft year in Ireland. Through the enthusiastic drive and intensity of Dr Pearse Lyons, the President and owner of Alltech, this fair has thrown up even more variety and explosions of beer styles, and has showcased the best there is in Irish and overseas craft beer and spirits, and now ciders as well.
