Overview

This qualification is for anyone working in the packaging of beer or spirits. You will gain a solid grounding in the science and technology of packaging and develop your knowledge of packaging best practice - vital to becoming a qualified professional packager.

Beer

You will learn about different beer types, pasteurisation, filtration, sterilisation, the machinery used in packaging, product stability and flavour, utilities and environmental issues.

What will I achieve?
