Distillery Tour & Whiskey Experience in Cork

Tour Old Midleton Distillery and gain insight into its rich heritage and the field-to-glass processes undertaken to create their whiskey. This is an opportunity to experience the newly refurbished Brand Home following a major redevelopment project. There will be a technical tour of the Midleton Micro Distillery where many of the innovative Whiskeys from the Method and Madness range originate. This will be followed by a talk on the History of Distilling in Cork, inlcuding a tasting and Q&A session.

• 15:15 – Tour of Micro Distillery
• 15:45 – Break for food and refreshments
• 16:30 – A2 warehouse
• 17:00 – Academy building
  • Lecture on the History of Distilling in Cork in the Academy building (includes a tasting)
• 18:30 – Q&A
• 18:45 – Finish and departure
  • Option to visit a local pub in Midleton (JJ Coppingers) around 19:00 for networking
