2013 – present	DIRECTOR, SPIRITS SENSE LIMITED, UK Management consultancy services to brewing and distilling industry. Provides NPD, supply chain, production, packaging, and distribution platform to clients. Design, fabricate and supply brewing and distilling equipment.
2018 - present	DISTILLERY MANAGER, COPPER RIVET DISTILLERY, KENT, UK End-to-end responsibility for supply chain management, production, and Innovation & NPD under global role in the business as Distillery Manager. Increased production capacity from 13000 LPA to 56000 LPA in two years, leading to global reach of products. Inventor of Liquid treatment apparatus, distillation apparatus, and method of distillation – Rum and Gin.
2015-2018	TECH PROCESS ENGINEER AND HEAD DISTILLER, COPPER RIVET DISTILLERY, KENT, UK Responsible for design and setup of the distillery, which included, equipment design, liaison with fabricator for manufacturing of the equipment, process design, installation of equipment, commissioning, and product development (which included working with farmers to grow the specific variety of grains for the recipe of our NGS, grain whisky and malt whisky).
2013-2015	TECH PROD MANAGER AND DISTILLER, OGILVY SPIRITS LTD, ANGUS, UK Recruited for setting up the distillery and put in place production protocols, and product development. Since setup been the distillery manager and sole employee and have been responsible for managing production of vodka at the distillery. Responsibilities include all day-to- day work to run a distillery, raw material handling, brewing, distillation, stock management and custom and excise duty management and record keeping. I solely developed the production process and recipe of the award-winning Ogilvy Vodka.
2012 -2013	CHIEF CONSULTANT AND R&D, STRATHEARN DISTILLERY, SCOTLAND, UK Is responsible to develop process design, distillery layout design, and product design for the upcoming, starting up distillery. Worked on wood selection for maturation of their whiskies. Developed their maturation and blending strategies.
