Hear from Diarmaid O'Mordha - Regional Sales Manager ANZ at Fermentis who will cover techniques for NOLO beer production using Maltose Negative yeasts.
This will be followed by Paul Cirillo - Senior Process Engineer with Alfa Laval who will cover the technological approach to alcohol removal using membrane filtration.
Each will give a short presentation followed by Q&As
Presentations will be followed by a guided NOLO beer tasting hosted by Narelle Lukasik - Senior Taste Coordinator at Lion.
